We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please contact us first so we can advise on the best way to send it back.
Changed your mind?
For most online orders, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have told us, you then have 14 days to return the goods to us.
Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where relevant. We will advise on the next steps.
Return method
Returns should be sent back by post or courier. Please contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Restocking fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process any refund due to the original payment method within 14 days.
